What are some cities that have a low cost of living as of 2021?

I would like to live in a US city that has at least a 200,000 population. (I’ve seen posts like these but they were from either almost a decade or half a decade old and I’m expecting that rent prices and other stuff in the cities probably changed a lot since then.)
