Ticket system backed up

Ive just had to submit a ticket for a offer and when I got to the end there is a warning in red stating that there due to a high volume of tickets being submitted, there are now delays.

I wonder if the poster who got his ticket box suspended is a sign of things to come as they are obviously overhwhelmed.
