Repeat offers with Upromise

I've only recently become aware that Upromise has increasingly had Swagbucks-style "sign up and get reimbursement" ways to generate cash back. Obviously, if the terms of an offer require me to be a new subscriber, I can't meet that deal. But if that language isn't present, am I permitted to do an offer on Upromise after I've already done it for Swagbucks?

As a side note, it's not nearly as easy on Upromise to see what the terms of a deal are. Clicking for "More Details" often just goes to the site.
