My work will not give me anytime off so I have decided to travel while working

I have been working from home for over a year now. I was not able to take anytime off the first year due to company policy. I asked for a week off in September and it has just been denied. Now I have just found out I need to accumuate my holidays before I can take them. I am only entitled to two days off this month as this is all the time off I have accumulated so far. I have dealt with a few other things from HR.

HR has had this policy in place since lockdown started that we had to work from our Town (something to do with GDPR). Finding out I can only take 2 days off this month has made me want to travel a bit while working. I have booked tickets to other places this month.

I am pondering whether I should travel to another country in October or if that would be going overboard. Has anyone tried to do this before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
