Is it worth spending $2,000 on repairs for a 1999 3.0L Camry with 133k miles?

I have a 1999 V6 Camry, 133k miles runs great but needs to be worked on. http://imgur.com/a/myJbJeg

With the previous owner it was in an accident, front driver side fender/light housing damaged, engine mounts are badly worn, one knock sensor is bad so won't pass smog check with engine light, front right strut is shot and the brake warning light is on, might be why the brake pedal sinks near the bottom.

I bought the car for $1,500 with 115k miles put $1,000 into repairs and need another $2,000 to make it near perfect. I feel like I made a bad financial decision getting this car in the first place, am I better off selling it and saving the money buying a newer car instead of fixing it?

A dealer offered me $300-$500 for car I was hoping to at least get $1,000 for it since the milage is pretty low for the age.
