iRazoo update - finally paid

After 4 months and several support requests, iRazoo finally merged my tickets into a single request and paid out my 2 pending payments.

For now, I'll continue with iRazoo, but I'll be keeping an eagle eye pointed at them. Also, users should note, they now say they in their payout approval emails that payments are made on or around the 15th of every month.
