Help: I can't log in to my Facebook Workplace and I receive this error message

"You Can't Use This Feature Right Now

We limit how often you can post, comment or do other things in a given amount of time to help protect the community from spam. You can try again later."

I just created my account but can't log in and it says that I put the wrong password, I tried to reset the password but I received this error message. I also tried to use the 'log in without password' feature where they send a link to your email, still the same error message.

I've tried to wait for 24 hours, but I still get this same message. Has anyone encountered this before?
