Does this app exist? Scan barcode/ input price

I do a bulk of my shopping at Costco. Is there an app that I can use to scan a barcode then input the price? This way, I can buy items when it’s cheaper. I’ve checked at least a dozen apps and none of them seem to do this. All the apps I’ve checked gives you prices from competitor stores. Since Costco sells in bulk, comparing prices to local supermarket doesn’t help much. I would like to see the price trend overtime. TIA!
