Customer service for people not from an English speaking country?

I’m from Slovakia, but I speak English quite well. I also don’t mind speaking on the phone. Are there any online jobs available for me? I don’t need the salary to be extremely high either; I’d just want it to not be a scam. Also, I don’t have any experience.
