Cloudworkers phishing emails?

Hello everyone, I just joined this community. About an hour ago I saw an ad for cloudworkers on Instagram and decided to apply since the non-fixed shifts seem wonderful for me. After I sent my application I got an email from them and clicked on the link they had sent me to start the process. Only then it occurred to me that it might have been a phishing link and I shouldn’t have been so quick to act.

From what I gathered they are a pretty shady, maybe even borderline criminal company, but I didn’t find anything about them phishing.

What do you guys think, am I in the clear, and if not, what precaution should I take?
