Beer Money Pro Rebates and Payments

I've recently gotten into the Beer Money Pro Rebates and they're amazing! I always ask for my rebate to be send via pre-paid card. It seems that I can't combine the prepaid card into one giant card. I was wondering if anyone here had any success with that or knows how to combine multiple small amount virtual debit cards. Thanks!
