Anyone else having trouble DLing on android?

So I purchased a LG phone last week to start doing swagbucks on android because I usually use my iPhone and I downloaded a few games and I had no issues and now I’ve just tried to download the bingo pop and rise of kingdoms and it keeps timing out when I try to download from mobile on the Google play store. I tried it last night with no luck, and then I turned my phone off and I tried it again today and still having issues. I get a “hmmm can’t reach this page” error.

Is it just me or is there a way to fix this?
