Am I the Only One Not Getting Any Answers

Hi, I am wondering if I am the only one, that Swagbucks is not answering, I'm waiting on my points that I was supposed to have within 24 hours on August 12. I've written and written. They haven't answered the 9000 dollar points yet either and that was back in June. It gets frustrating when I've sent in the proof, and I'm sending it in the right spots. Sorry just gets me upset when I check Swagbucks every day to see if they have given me my SBs or I check my email and search my email and my junk mail and nada.
