Please help me get on track

I'm a SM VA and I also do a lot of coordination for my client. I want to transition into jobs that I don't have to speak to anyone. My current role comes with the responsibility of responding to multiple emails, constantly reaching out to people and it's a bit draining.

I'm wondering, are there jobs out there that I just clock in, do my work, clock out? A role with less talk/text/emails and calls?

I'm open to learning new skills if that's what it will take me.

Please guide me, I'll really appreciate it. Thank you
