My friend cannot sign into his SB acc anymore

My friend has been staying at my house for around a month n they’ve never tried swagbucks before and I told him to sign up cuz well free money lol and cuz I’ll get a portion of what he gets from offers and he’s been signed up for almost 3 weeks now and today he noticed when he tries to log in it just says “we have encountered an error logging you in. Please contact customer support” even though he’s been doing surveys and playing game offers for almost a month now and didn’t have any problems. He didn’t wanna buy any other cards until he had enough for the $25 since the first time you buy one it’s only 2175 so he did the war thunder and crossout offer since it’s the easiest ones to do and he also did one of the 4000 SB skillz games. He got a warning for doing surveys saying he was lying idk if he was or not but he was still able to do them a few days ago last I saw so idk if that might have started a problem cuz I’ve never gotten that message. I was reading on Reddit n I saw there’s apparently a “limit” to how much you’re allowed to earn or whatever so is that what’s happening?

Edit: I forgot to ask if this an ip problem since he’s used only the same WiFi as me on SB besides when my wifi went out and I turned on my phones personal hotspot
