Moving cross-country

I have two chest freezers full of produce such as blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and so much more good stuff. Where i live we have a lot of upick farms so I' have been stocking up on a lot of fresh produce. My dilema is that I'll be moving cross country to the desert where they don't grow any of these berries. However I really want to take all these delicious berries with me because you can compare freshly picked berries to store bought. It's going to take about 4 days to get from point A to point B. Any advice on how i can keep all these berries cool during the move??
