IHUT follow-up shows up as a regular 125 survey at the bottom of my list?

I was testing a product and today I was flipping through the Gold Surveys, decided to try one 125 one near the bottom. It goes into asking me questions about the product. How would I have even known? Normally I would skip that survey.

And.... then I'm halfway through when it gets an error. I try to go back in to finish the product test survey and it says Invalid Request.

What to do now? Also, is that how they send follow-ups? Just a random on your list that isn't worth much and you might skip easily?
