Dash seasoning 2.5 ounce Magic Receipts

Has anyone attempted this offer from Walmart? If so, can you tell me how it was purchased (in-store, grocery pickup, walmart.com delivery or walmart.com pickup) and submitted (desktop website, Tada app, etc), as well as if it was successful (immediately, after review, after a ticket, or no success)?

I ordered it with Walmart.com and chose store pickup, and of course it didn't work, but I'm trying to see if I can identify the problem.
