Course Hero issue

I’m a new tutor for course hero and 1 week into it I have been experiencing issues with the Course Hero website because I cant’t post an answer. Whenever I clicked the “post answer” button it just loads and not go through. I emailed the support and I’ve got a response saying that it is a known issue and is currently being looked into. Its been 4 days now at it is still not resolved. Has anyone experienced this issue before? And if yes how long did it take go get resolved? thank you.
