Conduent - Work from home position

I will be starting here next month and wanted to talk to anyone currently working there as a customer service rep. I have heard bad things, but the recruiter was telling me that there was a huge management upheaval a few months ago, and that things are a lot better. Is this true? Or are all the bad reviews still as true as they were six months ago?
