Anyone Do The In-Store Sausage Purchase Survey for 4000 SB?

I saw a credit today for 3975 SB in my ledger that has no helpful identifying information, although the listed start date corresponds to when I did the first survey. According to the information provided in the emails for the study, it is supposed to be a total of 4000 SB plus 800 SB for the product. I was just wondering if anyone who qualified and completed the study also received a payment.
