What's has happened with the collector's Bills this time?

I have been doing the three daily (rewarded, I have made a ton of searchs in between) at different times of the day and it has finnished and I'm missing the damm Daffodil, and I got the Daisy just in time. How does people do this? Is there some sort of special trick for the searchs or something?
