Error while spending the visa card I got from SwagBucks

So I got a visa card as a gift from SwagBucks but when I try to purchase a VPN using it, it says

"We are sorry but we weren't able to add this card, please try a different card".
Is the problem from the card or PayPal or the website I am purchasing from, any explanation/ideas/suggestion would be greatly appreciated, thanks alot
