Completing the Vuse offer multiple times.

The vuse offer states you can complete the offer once every 30 days. They also say it pends 45 days. My question is, can you actually do this offer 30 days later, and you would then have the offer pending twice (overlapping 15 day)? Or do I need to wait until the first order finishes pending before I do my second order? Thanks!
