What can we cook with as few dishes and little water as possible? Our water is off due to the winter storm and the water we do have is allotted for drinking.

Pantry - dry beans, dry lentils, pasta, peppers, onions, garlic, ginger, spices, sour cream, butter, milk, heavy cream, cream cheese, gluten-free flour, frozen vegetables, limes, lemons, apples, avocados, eggs, various nuts, curry paste, rice, quinoa, chips, pretzels, cereal, tortillas, hummus, cheese, coconut flakes, coconut milk, soy milk, orange juice, tomatoes, sugar, chocolate, TVP, alcohol

Dishes - baking sheet, loaf pan, small skillet, large skillet, cast iron, cast iron dutch oven, basic serving dishes and silverware

Go ahead and post your recipes that use things that we don't have. There are millions of us without water, electricity, or both and I'm sure that a lot of people are staring at their pantries, wondering what the fuck to make if there's food their pantries at all.

If you have recipes for dog snacks, those would be appreciated as well. My dog has a very sensitive stomach. We ran out of dog food a few days ago, and ran out of oatmeal and sweet potatoes today. We were able to get our hands on another brand of dog food but I'm worried that it might give him diarrhea.
