Is Lionbridge reliable?

What i mean to ask is if Lionbridge (Rater position) can be counted on as a reliable part time job? Because when I first heard of it, it sounded awesome. A job where you can choose your hours? Sounds amazing! But after reading the subreddit it seems closer to something like prolific where you are constantly left waiting for tasks that may, or may not be enough to meet your weekly quota. If anybody is in Lionbridge right now (as an internet search evaluator, rater or any similar job), mind sharing your experience?
