Not earning any SB from any offers

Ive done atleast 3 different offers within the span of a month and none of them are paying out anything (coin master level 7, forge of empires, and mucinex), according to the swagbucks app, I put in varying info and so I cant do any surveys which idk if that has anything to do with it. I did the 3 offers in the web version on mobile.
