What to do if Adgem doesn't pay out?

Hello all, I recently took advantage of the double money for Ad Gem and used the same email I used for Swagbucks and Hunt a Killer. I also used their code, "ADGEM25," for 25% off. It didn't mention when exactly I'd be credited for this, but it'd be cool to get 1,300 Swagbucks while also purchasing this game.

A few things to also note is that I printed the receipt and I screenshotted the double money offer as well. However, I haven't gotten any email uodates or anything. To further notate, it did take around a day for me to open up the tab again from when I clicked the link to sign up. Therefore, shouldn't I get the Swagbucks because I made a new account with the same email and used the promo code? Thank you all.
