SwagBucks blocked my from Gold Surveys

When I signed in to my account and went to the surveys, this message appeared to me "We've noticed that some of your responses are inconsistent with responses you've previously provided. While our Quality Assurance Team reviews your responses, we're restricting your access to Gold Surveys."

I am sure I have answered accurately and without any manipulation and never changed my answers.

I have sent support, but I haven't received an answer yet Will my ban be lifted or not?
