SBA call center through shiftsmart

I have never had an issue with payments through shiftsmart. I used to do mystery shops and political survey calls here and there and always got paid on time. I’ve had 2 SBA shifts, one on April 3rd and 6th and although I received an email that payment has been submitted, it doesn’t reflect in my bank account.

Shiftsmart is sketchy as it is and the fact that they don’t respond back to you is so weird to me, regardless if they have thousands of employees writing to them all the time. They need to get their shit together and be more organized. They also said you still get paid for breaks but I notice they changed that but didn’t say anything. Im not gonna go ape shit on them (they wouldn’t respond back anyway lol) because of how easy the money is.

But I don’t expect them to post anymore SBA shifts because honestly the whole thing seems like a joke anyway. The training is was crap. I wanted to succeed and could have, I just don’t want to get scammed out of not getting paid by them. It’s bullshit really.
