Lionbridge: USD 25,00 less in payment (Brazil)

Hi guys, I created this account on Reddit because I am having problems with my payment at Lionbridge. Today I received my second payment and again I had 25 dollars discounted. On my first payment, last month, the same thing happened. I contacted Banco Inter (which is the bank where I do my operations) and they were unable to explain what happened. I contacted Lionbridge and they told me that they cover all costs when sending money to Brazil, however, it may happen that there is a bank router that withdraws that money before arriving in the country. I changed the platform to receive money for Remessa Online and again, 25 dollars was discounted this month. In Remessa online, I was asked for the swift code MT 103 to find out where the money is deducted from. I contacted Lionbridge in order that they can send me this code and I am waiting for their response. The biggest problem for me is that 25 dollars is equivalent to R $ 130.00 and that is a considerable amount of money. Has anyone ever experienced this?

PS: Both Banco Inter and Remessa Online has told me they don't deduce this amount of money from the operations.
