Language services
I am a native English speaker with about a decade communicating in Spanish and Chinese. My Chinese level is slightly higher than Spanish because I have been using it a lot more than Spanish in recent years. Still, I can very much speak and understand the written and spoken language very well. Among a few other things, I also have a plant science background. I am interested in setting myself up as a language broker of sorts. Services such as language lessons, translation services, essay writing and correction, homework help, are what I am aiming to get into. I have been progressively reaching out to friends and using social media to start advertising myself and build a portfolio of sorts showcasing my usage of the three languages. When corona is over I will probably sit in libraries and such to market myself. I have also been aiming to offer free trial services to Chinese and Spanish speakers to build interest amongst prospective clients.
I have a few other ideas floating around for starting up and establishing initial clientele, but it is still a new thing for me. What are some ways to do this effectively while also maximizing profit?
