Jobs Responding to E-mails?

Hello everyone:

I've heard that there are jobs out there where you can respond to e-mails. Granted I don't have any professional experience with a job like this, but it's something that I am willing to learn. Does anyone know of any jobs like this? I'm looking for ways to make money online as number one, the place I work for wouldn't be safe for me to work at because of the current situation and number two, I don't even want to go back there. I am employed in the fast food restaurant and I took time off for my own safety. If anyone knows anything about jobs like this that exist, please let me know. I will be cross posting this to other subreddits too.
