Graphics Designer Cover Art Recreation?

Was wondering if it was possible to get a particular Lil Uzi Vert album cover recreated,

and have it be styled after my wife and I? Wanted to have it done to hang up and surprise her. I am willing to pay via bitcoin or PayPal/ Amazon Giftcard if needed.

Was looking to get the following changes done;

• Change both skin tones to a light shade, me being the lighter one
• Have both hair colors be black, although not fully black possibly a brownish
• No tats on the face, same expression, hairstyle, and shirt
• No key in the females hand, and instead of her being in a robe she is wearing yoga pants (same style as in the pic) but with a light grey hoodie.
• Lastly her shoes would be pink crocs instead of roller blades
