Unable to find work locally

I don't live in a large town and there are a small amount of jobs and Covid-19 shrank that number even smaller, I'm currently unable to relocate and I just need some steady income to help pay my share of bills and food.

I can get to regular internet access from 9-5 M-F but I don't have internet at my apartment.

My job skills are:

-Graphic Design in Office Publisher

-Creative Writing

-Microsoft Word

-Writing Policies and Procedures Manuals

-Microsoft Excel

-Microsoft Access

-Photoediting in GIMP

-Digital Art in Clip Studio Paint
