So happy I prioritized building an emergency fund

I am so happy I have been building my emergency fund over the last couple years. It was hard to convince myself not to splurge and buy expensive things or eat out all the time, but that sacrifice is paying off now. For the first time ever, I am having to dip into that fund and it is saving my ass.
