Lost job, wanting a job online in Aus

Hey all, my job just laid off a bunch of people - including me. Yay COVID-19. Anywho, I’ve been applying for a bunch of jobs around Newcastle, NSW, but so far no luck. I’m pretty new to the whole working online thing, and I was wondering if there’s anything like reception or something I could do online, or even where to start. I don’t have many qualifications, just a Diploma in interactive media. Any help would be much appreciated.
