looking for second phone number app.

Unsure if this is the correct place to ask this.

As with many people I will be working from home, I was able to get a laptop from work, I need to make calls but only have my personal phone.

I'm looking for a free app to have a second phone number on my phone that works in Canada, ios.

I know google voice exists but I can't find anything on it working in Canada.

Any recommendations?
