Is Appen always so unresponsive in their support requests?

hi all,

I am enrolled in one of the Appen projects and I needed some help. I emailed my contact at Appen, whom I was in touch with before, directly but with no reply for days. Finally I try to go online to find a general support email on their website (they don't have one listed as far as I can see).

The only place where I could find some info is a sub and has two thumbs , this guy: ^ /r/WorkOnline ^

Anyway, as this is my first project with them, is communicating with Appen always such a chore? Or is there a channel that I am not knowing of?
