IBotta account lock question

Has anyone ever had their account locked by ibotta? If so, how long did it take to get it unlocked? I just joined a few days ago, did ten offers today to get my welcome bonus and got a few referrals. I went to cash out and it says my account it locked, so I put in a ticket. Thanks in advance!
