I am qualified and want to offer online counselling services - but I don't know where to start.

I have certifications in Traumatic Incident Reduction, Life-Stress Reduction, and Applied Metapsychology - aka, I am qualified to facilitate counselling sessions with people using this modality. I also am finishing up my bachelor's of social work in two weeks. Because of this, I am fit to practice Metapsychology and offer counselling using this paradigm. I really want to offer online sessions for around $30 a session (in my country, therapy is usually $100-$150 a session - I recognize that beyond my hours to qualify for the certification, I don't have much experience, and I should adjust my price accordingly. I also want my services to be accessible to people, as a lot of therapy is not due to price).

I don't know where to market myself. I am able to do Skype sessions with folks on a variety of topics including trauma, grief, abuse, childhood, et cetera. I know that there is a need for online services like this, but I have no idea where to advertise and find clients. Any ideas?
