High payout offers on multiple devices.

When dping high payout offers for games, ive heard of people using multiple devices.
How does that work exactly? Is it different google play accounts or the same just on a different device?

If its based on google play accounts, can i just swap over to a different account on the same device? Or is it the device swagbucks tags as new user not the google account?

I have the Kings of Avalon showing for 4838 swagbucks again, and seeing how i did it in a week, i can grind this out on my tablet or phone again haha just want to make sure the times not wasted
