Help needed from Appen Truckee members

Hi, I currently rate ads from the Truckee project in Appen and have been doing so for 4 months and have just now run into a problem: While rating ads I paused the rating by leaving. I have done this many times, and once I resume rating again, I am usually directed to wherever I left off. However, this time my rating had been reset; I was only gone for a few seconds, so I am not sure why this happened? Any advice is much appreciated.
