Do you trust their payouts?

I thought I would give these guys a shot, and cash out with 5 bucks via Paypal, but the entire Swagbucks experience has been very questionable, and the "Paypal" link when I try to cash out with $5 looks extremely suspicious. I'm getting the feeling I've wasted my time and should rather not take the chance with this goofy-ass link. Has anyone gone with the supposed $5 Paypal reward and actually gotten anything out of it?
