Appen audio transcription

Hello fellow Appen workers. I am new to Appen and I got into a project to transcript and annotate audio files. Now i wonder the files that they assign me, if i dont complete them on time, will they still pay me for them if they are marked as COMPLETED. Also, what if i cant or dont wanna do some file, what happens?

I opened payoneer too as the guide said, now I wonder when do they pay?

Considering I had in every audio at least 5 or more mistakes, can i keep working with them or will they throw me if i cant complete any audio without mistakes? Thank you.
