Transcribers, Anyone finding that Express Scribe's free trial won't work anymore even if you re-download it?

Really need to express scribe working because it's the program that I use the most and I'm not prepared to pay for it yet. Is anyone else dealing with the same issue and if you are, have you found a solution?
