• There are FREE and LEGAL software programs that allow you to do pretty much everything you might want to do. Alternatives for word, excel, photoshop, cloud backup, cd/dvd/blu-ray burning / ripping, zip programs etc, This includes things like virus protection!

Many of these pieces of software you can support by donating to the projects but they are released on GNU lic. which means they are legal and free.

• I'm not going to provide an exhaustive list but if you have a task to complete on the computer and can't find a legal free program to do it I will help you find one.
