I can read book club issue

So for only $1 for S&H you get 2 free children's book and also 888 SB from RevU. The issue I am facing is that they took my money out of my account but I haven't received a confirmation email nor my SB. I have called to find out what the issue is but they can not find my account at all. It has been over an hour and all I keep getting is try again in half an hour. Has this happened to anyone else?
