doing rev application now

I've been denied before .. I'm trying to apply again but this time I'm using mobile data and a different email address. I am doing the application now. My grammar is fine but does anyone have any tips for things I should look out for in the transcription for the Boeing thing? i.e should I name the interviewer speaker as Interviewer or just leave it as Speaker 1? And who is Speaker 2? I know speaker 3 is Chris Ferguson.
