Account deactivated

Hello all,

I have almost had 8,300 sb’s in my account and got deactivated two days back , i have reached out to customer support and got them reply show below. Do you think reaching out to them again will help or just loose hope . Any help will be appericated to get back to my account

Reply from them - After careful manual review of your account by our Compliance Team in conjunction with our Special Offer providers, your account was deactivated for violating program terms with respect to the Special Offer services and/or Surveys provided by Swagbucks.com and/or our partner sites.

We regret having to take such actions, but to continue to provide services and rewards to our members, Swagbucks takes appropriate steps, up to and including deactivation of user accounts, for violations of program terms.
